If you want some tips in order to do these questions in the future, here they are.
You're given two graphs, one has a negative concavity and one has a positive concavity. This means that one parabola will spiral downwards and one will spiral upwards. Hence, A is already incorrect.
Next, they both cut at the same point at the y-axis, namely at y = 7, because if we let the x-ordinate equal to 0, then our "c" becomes our y-intercept. (B) cuts at y = 3, and (D) also cut at y = 3, and so, they are both incorrect, leaving (C) the only correct solution.
In short, when given two graphs:
(1) Check the concavity of each graph
(2) Check where they cut the y-axis
(3) Check where they cut the x-axis
(4) Finally, plot some points for the overall shape.
