Plants can reproduce sexually OR asexually. Depending on the plant itself. Reproducing asexually has two main types; one being that the plant reproduces and exact replica (cloning) of itself. The other type of asexual reproduction is vegetative, which could be budding of new flowers or tillering. Sexual reproduction in plants is known as meiosis, which is a rearrangement of genes, chromosomes, and DNA. It requires fertilization from a male and female plant organ. Usually, bees and other insects create the fertilization when they fly from plant to plant.
