im pretty sure its A cuz germany was trying to invade the soviet union to reach moscow and the battle of stalingrad helped to turn the tide into the favor of the soviets pushing germany back into their homelands and eventually occupying germany on the eastern side of it where poland was while the British and other allies were entering through the west through france
