Malia made a scale drawing of an apartment. The dining room is 3 centimeters long in the drawing. The actual dining room is 6 meters long. What scale factor does the drawing use?

Simplify your answer and write it as a fraction

Cross multiply
6x=3
divide both sides by 6
x=3/6
x=1/2 or 0.5


S0 1m in the original is equal to 0.5cm in the drawing.

0.5cm=0.005m

1m*0.005m=200
