This surface area would be:

$2(3a)(3b) + 2(3a)(3c) + 2(3b)(3c) =$

$2(9ab) + 2(9ac) + 2(9bc) =$

$9(2ab + 2ac + 2bc) =$

$9(202) = \boxed{1818}$
