I NEED HELP WITH THESE QUESTIONS FOR HISTORY!!!

1. What role was there for other branches and levels of government in enforcing Brown II?

2.Why might it have taken nearly sixty years to the Supreme Court to get to its current interpretation of the 14th Amendment?

3.What might this suggest about the importance of looking at the historical context of Supreme Court rulings?

Respuesta :

1. The role of the Brown II to the other branches of the government was to eliminate racial discrimination in public education. The board of members in each school was given the power to remove racial policies in public schools.
2. It took over sixty years for the interpretation of the fourteenth amendment because of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 that allows civil rights and US labor law disregarding its race, color, religion or origin.
3. This suggests the importance of the historical context in terms of Supreme Court rulings that these African-American children should enjoy a multicultural school.
