Yes going off the fact that not everybody can afford it is a major concern and constant debate as to whether all citizens should have healthcare which brings it's own set of problems that makes arguing whether the more fortunate people should pay higher taxes, which in theory seems to make total ethical sense; allowing for healthcare for all. One problem with this is the number of illegal immigrants and some exploitation of the systems in place. This can also lead to decreased quality in health care as resources would be stretched to the limit and less time for each patient for example... but this is a hot button highly political debate
