In quadrilateral GDCE,
Sum of all angles in a quadrilateral = 360°
so, ∠ DGE + ∠ GDC + ∠CEG + ∠DCE = 360°
or, 76° + 90° + 90° + ∠DCE = 360°
or, ∠DCE = 104°
