I say the answer is b because theoretically, in movies or in scenarios any action can lead to a series of events. Let:s just say that someone needs the defibrillator. First off, there must be no electronic appliances or loose cords in the room. Next, when the Defibrillator say shock we must makes sure no one is having physical contact with the patient or else the shock can cause more problems to a bystander. This is why the situation must be perceived in different perspectives. It is to makes sure the live people are still ok, and that no one else gets hurt.
