Given the information shown, why do you think President Kennedy demanded that construction of Soviet missile sites on Cuba be immediately stopped?

Because at any given time the soviets could set the missiles off and attack the US from all sides and we would have no way to stop it. It would also be attacking some of the most important places in the US

Because it was incredibly dangerous for there to be missiles in Cuba controlled by the Soviet Union, due to the fact that Cuba was perfectly placed near the U.S. This made it the perfect strategic spot to launch missiles to several major U.S cities, as well as Mexico City, completely destroying them, and killing countless peoples as well.
