Erin notices that her coworkers are having a hard time using a new
telephone system. When trying to transfer calls, clients are being
disconnected. In addition, her coworkers aren't using any of the new
features. One of these features allows a call to be forwarded from a
desk phone to a cell phone. She wants to help her coworkers and
knows they don't have time to read the entire manual. They have a
