When we think it has settled into a convenient spot in the background of our life, it suddenly spirals back to the foreground.
The second crucial point to keep in mind is that we are not starting over just because we experience these strong emotions once more. Between now and the beginning, we've come a long way. We've grown a great deal and learnt a lot. We've evolved. And this modification may inspire hope.
