I can relate to Müllenbeck's dilemma, as I have also had similar thoughts about one of my doctors. I have prescribed a medication that was much more expensive than other alternatives and I was uncertain as to why. I questioned whether or not the doctor was making the best decision for me, or if he was being financially motivated. In the end, I decided to trust my doctor, but it was hard to shake the feeling that my doctor might have ulterior motives.
