My colleagues and I recently visited your restaurant for a formal treat at 31, park lane road on Wednesday, 6th September. We came nearly at 11:00 am. I have also attached a copy of the bill for your implication.

This restaurant is considered the best restaurant in this area and indeed, it's also close to our office. However, our experience on Wednesday afternoon was not a pleasant one. We were unsatisfied as we were served with the wrong order and also the order although wrong, was unappetizing for consumption. I think this is the first time we have experienced such an unhygienic meal in your restaurant.

None of us ate that meal and also we had to pay for the full meal even though we were unsatisfied. Good meals Restaurant had always been the best in terms of quality and prices, which is the main reason our believe and prefer this restaurant over the others.

I would sincerely request you to look into the matter and find out the reasons for such misconduct so that we would continue relying on your service. And if possible, please refund the amount paid by us for that meal.
