- Easily tired and dizzy
- Constipation or difficulty defecating
- The muscles feel weak, sore, and stiff
- More sensitive to cold weather
- Dry, rough, peeling and wrinkled skin
-Weight gain for no apparent reason
- Swollen face and hoarse voice
- Hair loss and thin
- Brittle nails
- Forgetfulness and difficulty concentrating
- slow heart rate (bradycardia)
