Due to Non-disjunction of chromosome 1 in a cell undergoing meiosis ii Two of the four daughter cells are healthy, one lacks chromosome 1, one has two copies of chromosome 1, and one is abnormal.
During non-disjunction the homologous or sister chromatids do no separate due to malfunction in either Topoisomerase II, condensin, or separase. Due to absence of separation one of the cell lacks one chromosome and one other cell receives and extra chromosome making 2 cell abnormal having n-1 and n+1 karyotype respectively.
