Remove the negative exponent.[tex] \frac{1}{(5x) \frac{5}{4} } [/tex]

If n is a positive integer that is greater than x and a is a real number or a factor, then [tex]a \frac{x}{n} = \sqrt[n]{a ^{x} } [/tex]

Use the rule to convert (5x)[tex] \frac{5}{4} [/tex] to a radical, where a= 5x, x=5, and n=4.

so the answer would be..
[tex] \frac{1}{ \sqrt[4]{(5x) ^{5} } } [/tex]

hope this helped and sorry if it was kind of confusing.
