During the industrial revolution, minority groups (mostly immigrants at the time) were living in small cramped apartment buildings in packed streets. The times weren't nice to them, everybody was working as much as they could for very low wages (Children, women, and men EVERYBODY). Sanitation was a huge issue along with diseases, poverty, and over crowding.Other poor working conditions dealt with injuries. Most factory jobs were very dangerous and worker's compensation wasn't heard of. In conclusion, life sucked for the working class of the industrial revolution. source:https://answers.yahoo.com/question/index?qid=1006040421310
