People can organize themselves into communities so that they share their work and help one another. This is natural to the human being. So, one individual's attitudes can eventually affect everyone else in a community.
For example, if an individual is in charge of taking the water out of a well that will serve everyone. If he forgets to do this, everyone will run out of water and be harmed.
