We have the expression:
[tex]y=\frac{4}{5}x+8[/tex]In order to plot the function we replace two values for x and we will get two values for y [Respectively], that is:
x = 0 => y =(4/5)(0)+8 => y = 8
x = 1 => y = (4/5)(1)+8 => y = 8.8
We then have the two points:
(0, 8)
(1, 8.8)
