$\begin{gathered} -4y=2x+5 \\ y=-\frac{2}{4}x-\frac{5}{4} \end{gathered}$

for the value of x=1

$\begin{gathered} y=-\frac{2}{4}(1)-\frac{5}{4} \\ y=-\frac{2}{4}-\frac{5}{4}=-\frac{7}{4}=-1.75 \end{gathered}$

for the value of x=2

$y=-\frac{2}{4}(2)-\frac{5}{4}=-\frac{4}{4}-\frac{5}{4}=-\frac{9}{4}=-2.25$

for the value of x=3

$y=-\frac{2}{4}(3)-\frac{5}{4}=-\frac{11}{4}=-2.75$
