Horizontal shift 4 spaces right will give the equation
[tex]g(x)=f(x-4)=2^{x-4}[/tex]
Vertically shifting 5 spaces up will give
[tex]\begin{gathered} h(x)=g(x)+5 \\ h(x)=2^{x-4}+5 \end{gathered}[/tex]
Hence h(x) is the new function.
