For "y" intercepts value of "x" is zero then:

For "x" intercept value of "y" is zero so:

$\begin{gathered} x^4-2x^3-8x^2+12x-16=0 \\ x=3.63,\colon x=-2.88 \\ \end{gathered}$

So x-intercept is 3.63 and , -2.88
