REmmeber that

the scale is 2 in=50ft

that means

2 in on a map represent 50 ft in the actual

so

Applying proportion

For 4 inches long

50/2=x/4

x=100 ft -------> actual length

For 10 iches wide

50/2=x/10

x=250 ft -----> actual wide

Find out the perimeter

P=2(L+W)

P=2(100+250)

P=700 ft

answer is 700 feet
