This is more chemistry, than biology...but its ok. 

If you look at the Periodic Table, Calcium has an ionic charge of 2+ and Chlorine has an ionic charge of -1.
Using the rule of cross multiplication when forming a compound, where you swap the charges and change the charges to atoms, you get CaCl2

Therefore, 2 atoms of Chlorine would be needed to bond with one calcium atom.
