There are two balls with the same size & mass. The only difference is that one is solid, and the other is just a hollow shell. If you roll the balls down a ramp starting from rest, they both experience the same Torque due to their weight force; however, one ball has a greater angular acceleration and so wins the race down to the bottom. Which one wins, and why?
