Determine the value of x.

$\begin{gathered} (10x-7)+(13x+3)=180 \\ 23x=180+4 \\ x=\frac{184}{23} \\ =8 \end{gathered}$

The value of x is 8.

The angle z and angle (13x + 3) are vetrically opposite angles. So,

$\begin{gathered} z=13x+3 \\ z=13\cdot8+3 \\ =107 \end{gathered}$

So value of z is 107.
