The formula of the area of a rectangle

$A_R=l\times w$

for the first rectangle

w=6 in

for the second rectangle and third rectangle

w=5 in

$A_{R2}=10\times5=50in^2$

the remaining surface area is

$SA=A_{R1}+2A_{R2}=60+2(50)_{}=60+100=160in^2$
