The physical appearance and effects of the environment on a person is called a phenotype.
The phenotype is the manifestation of the genotype + influences of the environment in which that person lives.
Genotype is all the genetic information of the person, karyotype is the set of chromosomes of an individual and archetype is not a concept of biology, but refers to a model of something/prototype.
So "phenotype" is the answer.
