Tatiana enjoys the outdoors but does not like the pressure of competition. Which of these options is best to try if she wants to add a new moderate to vigorous activity to her fitness routine?

The best option would be hiking since she would be able to enjoy an outdoors activity with out the pressure of competition. The other options (Volleyball, Tennis and Golf) are sports that, even though they are outdoor activities, she will be exposed to the pressure of competition.
