hello!! I’m amy, I need help on this I am in the 6th grade and I’m having trouble

Area of the triangle is:
[tex]\text{Area}=\frac{1}{2}\text{base}\times height[/tex]Base of triangle is 8 and height of the triangle is 6 so the area of triangle is:
[tex]\begin{gathered} \text{Area of first triangle=}\frac{1}{2}\times8\times6 \\ =24 \\ \text{Area of second triangle is =}\frac{1}{2}\times8\times6 \\ =24 \end{gathered}[/tex]Area of rectangle:
[tex]\text{Area }=\text{length}\times width[/tex]For first rectangle length is 10 and width is 5 so area is:
[tex]\begin{gathered} A_1=\text{length}\times width \\ =10\times5 \\ =50 \end{gathered}[/tex]For second rectangle length is 8 and width is 5 so area is:
[tex]\begin{gathered} A_2=\text{length}\times width \\ =8\times5 \\ =40 \end{gathered}[/tex]For last rectangle length is 6 and width is 5 then:
[tex]\begin{gathered} A_3=\text{length}\times width \\ =6\times5 \\ =30 \end{gathered}[/tex]So area is:
[tex]\begin{gathered} \text{Area =24+24+50+40+30} \\ =168unit^2 \end{gathered}[/tex]
