where N is the number of loops, Φ is the magnetic flux and t is the time.

when t=0 the flux is 6.78*10^-4 Wb

when t=0.0333 the flux is 1.33*10^-4 Wb

N=605 loops

we substitute the values

$\text{EMF}=-605\times\frac{1.33\times10^{-4}-6.78\times10^{-4}}{0.0333}=9.90165V$
