$\frac{-5-(-1)}{-2-3}$
$\frac{-4}{-5}$
$\frac{0.8}{1}$

The slope of the line would be 0.8 over 1

1) We know, Slope(m) = y2-y1 / x2-x1
m = -1-(-5) / 3 - (-2)
m = -1+5 / 3+2
m = 4/5

In short, Your Answer would be 4/5

2) Equation: 2x - 3y = 6
3y = 2x - 6

Divide the equation by 3, 
y = 2/3x - 2
Now, Compare it with y = mx + b
Slope, m = 2/3
Line which is parallel to it must have the same slope.

In short, Your Answer would be 2/3
