Then we can write:

We know that G is 3.6 when S is 7, so we can find k as:

[tex]\begin{gathered} S=\frac{k}{G} \\ k=S*G \\ k=7*3.6 \\ k=25.2 \end{gathered}[/tex]

We can now find S when G is 6 as:

[tex]\begin{gathered} S=\frac{25.2}{G} \\ S=\frac{25.2}{6} \\ S=4.2 \end{gathered}[/tex]

Answer: S = 4.2 when G = 6.
