Potential energy (PE) = m x g x h

Where:

m= mass = ?

g = gravity =9.8 m/s^2

h= height = 2.5 meters

PE= 4.73 J

Replacing:

4.73 = m x 9.8 x 2.5

4.73 / (9.8 x 2.5) = m

m = 0.19 kg
