D. Build a windmill for power.
William Kamkwamba is an african innovator, he had to drop out of school in 8th grade due to poverty, he didn´t attend school for the next 5 years, he decided to start learning on his own, and borrowed different 8th grader books from the local library, one of the portrayed a windmill on the cover and talked about using windmills to generate energy, he then decided to do one with the help of other books so he could power his house and use it insted of kerosene.
