Use two pairs of values, for example, (6,0) and (3,6):

$m=\frac{6-0}{3-6}=\frac{6}{-3}=-2$

Now, use one of the pair of values and the slope in the point slope formula to find the equation of the line in slope intercept form:

$\begin{gathered} y-y1=m(x-x1) \\ y-0=-\frac{1}{2}(x-6) \\ y=-2x+12 \end{gathered}$

It means that the slope of the line is -2 and the y intercept is 12.
