We will expand the expression

$\mleft(2x-3\mright)\mleft(3x+1\mright)=6x^2+2x-9x-3=6x^2-7x-3$

As we can see the expression is equivalent

$(2x-3)(3x+1)=6x^2-7x-3$

b)

The expression equivalent is

$10k^2-11k+3$

As we can see

$(5k-3)(2k-1)=10k^2-11k+3$
