What is cosine ? I really need this answer for my test tomorrow. Please help

Cosine is one of the three part for trigonometry. 

You have sin, cos, and tan. 

You can easily do this by understanding SOH CAH TOA. 

Sin = OPPO. over HYPOTENUSE
Cos = ADJACENT over HYPOTENUSE
Tan = OPPO. over ADJACENT
