replacing:

$\begin{gathered} 9x-2=4x+13 \\ 9x-2=4x+13 \\ 9x-4x=13+2 \\ 5x=15 \\ x=\frac{15}{5}=3 \end{gathered}$

now,

$\begin{gathered} PR=9\cdot3-2+4\cdot3+13 \\ PR=27-2+12+13 \\ PR=50 \end{gathered}$
