does this makes sense fix grammar mistake, please. so someone who is really close to me I look up to her the way I look at my own mom and she said she cant tell me what to do. i WANT to respond by telling her that she absolutely has all the right on me to tell me what to do and what to not.
please don't say that you can't tell me. You have absolutely all the right on me the way my mom does

So THERE IS someone really close to me. (PERIOD).....(Capitalise I).......(period after does) And that's all! Though I do think if you delete the "on me" part it'd make more grammatical sense. But if you delete the "on me" part, put a comma on the last sentence after "right".
