The rule for translation of point is (x, y) → (x - 2, y + 5).

Determine the coordinates of the points after translation.

For point B:

[tex]\begin{gathered} B^{\prime}(x,y)=B^{\prime}(-1-2,6+5) \\ =B^{\prime}(-3,11) \end{gathered}[/tex]

For point G:

[tex]\begin{gathered} G^{\prime}(x,y)=G^{\prime}(0-2,0+5) \\ =G^{\prime}(-2,5) \end{gathered}[/tex]

Thus points after translation are,

[tex]B(-1,6)\rightarrow B^{\prime}(-3,11)[/tex][tex]G(0,0)\rightarrow G^{\prime}(-2,5)[/tex]
