We can find the slope of a line (m) with two points (x1,y1) and (x2,y2) by means of this formula:

[tex]m=\frac{y2-y1}{x2-x1}[/tex]

In this case, we have the points (-4,3) and (4,3), lets replace them into the formula above and find the value of m, like this:

[tex]\begin{gathered} m=\frac{y2-y1}{x2-x1} \\ m=\frac{9-3}{4-(-4)}=\frac{6}{4+4}=\frac{6}{8}=\frac{3}{4} \end{gathered}[/tex]

Then the slope of this line is 3/4
