Dust Jackets is a used bookstore. For decades they have bought and sold books only through their brick and mortar shop, but declining sales and the rise of online culture have convinced the owner to create a website and begin doing business online as well. As a member of Dust Jackets’ HR team, you will be hiring new resources for a number of different positions to help the store make the transition to online business. The new e-store will need coders to create the online shop, customer service representatives to take calls, warehouse staff to handle shipping and storage, and additional professionals to evaluate and price books.
