Why have gasoline powered cars not been entirely replaced by electric cars?

B.) people don’t like the way electric cars look
C.) Electric cars have a limited driving range
D.) gas cars are as fuel efficient as electric cars

That's quite literally the best reason "why" we haven't switched to fully electric cars yet, renewable energy is hard to obtain and gasoline is way more reliable for your average person (and cheaper). I'm curious, what is this question for? (as in what test or exam)
