Complete Dental Care in eastern Ohio is one of the dental offices that is part of North American Dental Group. Dr. John Kramer runs a competing dental practice. He saw several of Complete Dental Care's former patients. One patient had gotten two root canals and was told she needed more despite what Dr. Kramer saw on X-rays. When he saw another patient that was told he needed 18 root canals, Dr. Kramer became concerned with Complete Dental Care's practices.
