Typically, the Secretary General division of the Soviet Union is used. To make things clearer, Secretary Generals were in charge of the Communist Party, which administered the Soviet Union.

In contrast to the norm, Stalin simply assigned himself all the required positions and the title of Supreme Commander during World War II so that he could lead the war effort directly.

The first Secretary General of the Soviet Union was Stalin. Lenin had a title that was simpler to comprehend before him, but he still derived his authority from being the head of the Communist Party.

Following Stalin, we had Khrushchev, a kind guy who lacked the necessary qualities to rule.

We didn't have a leader worth remembering after Khrushchev, which contributed to the final downfall of the Soviet Union as traitors like Gorbachev and Yeltsin rose to power and destroyed everything.

Thank you,
