a) if there sum is positive, then both of the rational number is positive and will have a '+' sign.
Example :- 4 + 4 = 8
b) their product is positive , then when both of them is negative or both of them is positive.
Example :- 4 x 4 = 16
- 4 x (-4) = 16
c) their quotient is positive then when both of them is negative or both of them is positive.
Example :- ab / cd , -ab/ - cd
