This question seems incomplete, so the answer goes as, the differences in the civilizations of America and Asia and Africa as;
American civilizations had not developed wheels as, they had not built any structures which needed wheels to transport materials, whereas, in
African civilizations there is many large pyramids had been made, and development for which wheels was a necessity, to transport heavy materials.
The civilizations in Asia and Africa's had a important characteristic of domestication of animals, as seen in Harappa valley civilization, but in
American civilization, it lacks the characteristic of any major domestication of animals as per the sources and evidences found till now.
The most manifesting and interesting difference pointed out by many historians is "pottery making", where in Asian civilizations they had used wheels to make pots,
the American civilizations lacked wheel thus, they coiled clay to form pots, which is a big difference in these civilizational cultures.
