Osteosarcoma is a bone cancer that begins in the cells that forms bones.Common symptoms of Osteosarcoma are; tumor that can be felt through the skin, bone pain, restriction in movement, limping and so on. If the disease has not spread to other part of the body, the survival rate is around seventy -to seventy-five percent but if osteosarcoma has spread to other part of the body the survival rate is about thirty percent. For treatment, chemotherapy and chemotherapy drug should be administered.
The grade of a cancer depends on what the cells look like under a microscope. In general, a lower grade indicates a slower-growing cancer and a higher grade indicates a faster-growing one.
